KP-003 is a macroporous strongly acidic cation exchange resin type catalyst of the sulphonated polystyrene series, generally as the initiating agent for catalyzing organic synthesis and esterification reactions. Owing to its uniform and solid structure and low swelling rate after reversible ionic replacement reactions, this resin remains perform with strong resistance to osmotic shock.
