Macroporous Weakly Acidic Acrylic-based Cation Exchange Resin


D113FB is a macro-porous weakly acidic acrylic-based cation exchange resin with carboxylic acid functional group of large exchange capacity. Characterized by its factory ion state of hydrogen(H+), it is primarily applied in softening alkaline water, meanwhile exclusively exchanging a large capacity of strong cations of both inorganics and organics if any required to be removed from the cation-bed of the floating-bed reverse-flow deionization system, commonly followed by the operation of the other anion-bed that is postplaced in parallel.     

In addition, its weak-acid groups’ feature multiplies its probability of reverse desorption reactions for organics resistance purpose, which meets the water purification treatment industrial criteria within the floating-bed system and thereof the counter-current rinse for resin regeneration and operation is secured and guaranteed.
