PRODUCT DATA SHEET:

D201FB is a premium grade strong-basic styrene-series anion exchange resin of the macroporous type I that contains quaternary amine functional groups, synthesized by special technology. Characterized by the highly uniform and solid structure of its chemosynthetic macropores, excellent regeneration efficiency as well as strong rinse performance, this resin is specialized in removing both strong and weak negative-polar organic anions&non-polar organic molecules as well as acids radicals of inorganic salts. 

Thereby D201FB is often filled within the anion-bed of the floating-bed reverse-flow deionization system, which is post-connected with the cation-bed in parallel. The two exchange columns co-work in sequence to actualize demineralization, decolorization or deodorization per industrial requirements. Upon saturated after each service cycle, likewise the resin beads can be desorbed and regenerated by being reverse flowed with eluent and regenerant solutions, followed by backflushing with clean water for impurities removal. Such composite-configured floating-bed water treatment system has been widely used for strictly-required pure or ultrapure water preparation out of organic solutions within various industries as F&B, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals etc.
