D301FB is a premium-grade weakly basic polystyrene anion exchange resin of chemosynthetic macropores, linking dimethylamino as functional groups, synthesized by special technology. Due to its high intensity and macropore-structure, excellent regeneration efficiency as well as strong rinse performance, especially its peculiar selectivity towards strong anions, this resin is optimally specialized in removing all the strong acids radicals of the inorganic salts as well as strong negative organic macro-molecules(ie. pigment, odor impurities) within raw water.

Moreover, attributed to its weak-basic feature, this resin is more prone to perform reversible displacement reactions so that organics are easily to be discharged during its regeneration. Thereby the weak-basic anion-bed column filled with D301FB if applicable, is often pre-placed in front of the strong-basic anion-bed column so that large amounts of organic anions can be removed first incase of the strong-basic resins getting too polluted to clear off the rest. Depending on the specified water-treatment requirements, Such combined series connection can be either used solely or follow connecting after a cation-bed or analogous combined cation-bed series.
