KP-2027A is a food grade strongly basic anion exchange resin of the sulphonated polystyrene series with type I trimethylamino functional groups and macroporous granules. It has excellent physical and chemical stability and thermostable performance. Structured with fine porosity and quite intense granular strength, KP-2027A performs extra strong adsorbability with negative organic molecules and nonpolar organics that most commonly are composed of odor and pigments, in addition to performing high exchange capacity of separating both strong inorganic acid radicals of metal salts and nonmetal minerals, such as SO42- , NO32-or Cl or base radical OH, and weak radicals as NH3. This premium resin model is hereby most suitable for acids radicals removal in demineralization system and industrial pure-water preparations when organics are required to release.

KP-2027A is often coupled-used with KP-007 for complete demineralization, deionization &deorganics purposes within organic solutions. Specifically metal cations as well as postive organic molecules of color and odor are all removed by KP-007 in the first place, subsequently acids radicals are subject to KP-2027A’s groups to be exchanged while negative organics of color and odor count on its chemical macropores to be captured and released. 

For securing further absolute deionization, decolorization &deodorization, another three combined applications alternatively serve the upgraded purpose of demineralizing, decoloring and deodorizing process in food production, pharmaceutical and biochemical engineering, and the like, by adding KP-307A prior to KP-2027A application for sake of exchange efficacy and resin serice cycle protection. Considering KP-307A’s exclusive selectivity and high regeneration &exchange property that its weak-base groups empower, priority-use of KP-307A can massively eliminate large amounts of strong-acids and negative organics before KP-2027A’s intense porosity get blocked and polluted upon application.
