Specialty Ion Exchange Resin for Metallic Chromium(VI) Strong-Acid Radicals/Chromate Ions Adsorption/Removal


KP-301 is an ion exchange resin synthesized with special technology, specializing in removing strong-acid radicals of heavy metal salts. For its highly firm and solid structure, this resin performs with its high anti-osmotic efficiency and excellent mechanical &shock resistance as well as functions anti-pollution from organics. 

Owing to its special weak-base functional groups, KP-301 performs high selectivity to free radicals of strong acids, regardless of other weak-acids radicals surround by. Considering the increasing order of affinity that its special functional groups avail to, KP-301 is designed in priority of adsorbing hexavalent chromic strong-acid anions as Cr2O72-, CrO42- with rather high exchange capacity, which is being widely applied within catalytic reactions, wastewater heavy-metals separation, organic synthesis and bio-pharmaceuticals, followed by the recycling and reuse of the adsorptive chromate.
