PRODUCT DATA SHEET:

KP-757 is a macroporous styrene-based ion exchange resin with special chelating functional groups by advanced R&D technology. Within the solutions where multi-valences of metallic ions exist, it only binds to the metallic ions whose valences are greater than or equal to divalence to form stable complexes. It is mainly used for the removal of calcium and magnesium impurities in salt solution which is prepared for alkali production by ionic membrane method in chlor-alkali industries.

Owing to its special chelating functional groups, KP-757 model performs strong adsorbability and rather high selectivity to metallic cations. And its weak-acid property also empowers it with more thorough exchange capacity and rinse effect, following the induced high regeneration efficiency from reversible reactions.

Considering the increasing order of affinity to metallic cations that its functional groups avail to, KP-757 is designed peculiarly in adsorbing divalent plumbum cations(Pb2+) from weak-acid to weak-base solutions whose PH value ranges from 2 to 9, which is mainly used to separate metallic lead ions within the applications of wastewater treatment and clean energy recovery within petrochemical &neo-energy industry, as well as in mining and tailings for lead recycling & reusage.
