Specialty Ion Exchange Resin for Ammonia Nitrogen Removal


KP-2022 is a specialty wastewater treatment ion exchange resin synthesized with advanced technology, specializing in removing ammonia nitrogen anions. For its uniform and solid structure and its low expansion rate after reversible ionic transformation, this resin performs with good anti-osmotic efficiency and excellent mechanical &shock resistance. It is primarily used in ammonia nitrogen removal in wastewater and industrial sewage treatment.

The typical of KP-2022 application scenarios can be both inorganic positive and organic negative ammonium nitrogen radicals separation from ammonium hydroxide solutions. Specifically, due to its special functional group, this model performs well in displacing hydroxyl(OH) for degrading amounts of inorganic ammonium(NH4+) by aborting ammonia water’s reversible ionization equilibrium, not to mention other free amine(NH3) radicals in the first place.
